Ravioli di Pasta Sfoglia Stuffed with Ricotta and Spinach: Tuscan tradition combines with the lightness of puff pastry for a dish that melts in your mouth.

Pasticcio di Lasagne al Ragù Toscano: a layer of crisp puff pastry enclosing the warm, enveloping heart of a traditional meat sauce.
Main courses, side dishes and desserts will change depending on the season and guests' tastes, but tiramisu in the garden is guaranteed.
