I really enjoyed the experience; I appreciated their warm welcome and attention to detail. I tried authentic Roman food prepared in the traditional way, including pasta, panzerotti, and tiramisu. Michaela gave me recommendations for tourist sites. I am very grateful to them for the experience. It was enough that their compensation for changing the appointment on their end when I booked a group class was to give me a private class. I highly recommend it. Michaela offered me Neapolitan cheese as a treat and told me that I have friends here in Rome. I felt lucky to cook using tools that are years old and belonged to Chef Marco's mother; it was an honor for me. I recommend their classes, five stars 💖😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Marco welcomed us very warmly, and we immediately felt at home. He was very accommodating to our requests (vegetarian). We cooked cacio e pepe and tiramisu. The drink pairings were consistently perfect with the food. As a surprise, we even got to taste two typical Roman dishes and learn how they are prepared. We had a lot of fun making the pasta dough and layering the tiramisu. Marco was a great host and teacher and showed us what really matters. He showed and explained everything calmly and very precisely. I am sure we will be able to recreate the dishes at home, even if they won’t taste quite as good! I can wholeheartedly recommend the cooking class!
