I will welcome you to my home, which for me is the most precious asset after the family itself. For me, guests are very important, as I like to create experiences that allow us to share pleasant memories, destined to remain indelible in the memory and hearts of each of us.
We will begin by preparing a selection of bruschetta, using homemade bread baked in a wood-fired oven, with different variations that will please all palates. Subsequently we will work toghether on the preparation of tagliatelle or ravioli ( you can choose at the moment) to be seasoned with sauces that i will prepare according to seasonality. We are in the Veneto region, I can't help but forget to prepare the famous coffè tiramisù, a true delight for the palte! I look forward to seeing many of you!

- Positively incredible from start to finish! Absolutely a highlight of our 3 week trip and our favorite part of Verona!! She stays in contact with us(me) since heading back to the USA, and she has helped coach me on getting my gnocchi **just right** at home! The first time I made it at home, I had some trouble and it was a bit chewy. I told her what I did, and she gave some recommendations for my next try! The second time around it was absolutely perfect! Her advice was **spot on**, and my gnocchi took us right back to Verona! Couldn’t have done it without her! She is so personable. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who is willing to communicate with you after your class like this … and provide personalized advice via google translate! She is incredible!!!

- Aurora is such a gem! She is so sweet and knowledgeable and makes cooking incredibly fun! We felt so welcomed into her home- even playing foosball with her husband in between courses. I loved practicing my Italian with her, and she also had a great translator with her that added so much brightness to our evening. I can’t recommend this experience enough!!!
