Hi from Benedetta!

Seductive, regal and a little French. There is always something to do in Turin: from the “Mole” to Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner at Benedetta's house.Our Cesarina nurtures a passion for the culinary art, having enjoyed good food from an early age with her traditional recipes of Piedmont, prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch and excellent ingredients are fundamental elements in her kitchen. She also loves combining tradition with a touch of originality and innovation, thanks also to her passion (and profession) for art and design.

L’abbiamo regalato io e mio fratello a mia mamma e ad una sua amica come regalo di compleanno. Loro erano entusiaste, si sono trovate benissimo ed erano molto soddisfatte del risultato finale e di aver imparato come fare questo tipo di pasta. Ottima esperienza, consigliatissima come regalo!

We had a wonderful evening learning how to cook pasta and tiramisu with Benedetta. Benedetta shared her vast knowledge of Italian cooking, guiding pasta making novices like us with care and attention to detail. The true delight of this experience is the warmth and welcoming atmosphere of Benedatta’s home and family. Our time was filled with lots of laughter, delicious food accompanied by local wine and lively conversation. We cannot recommend this cooking class highly enough and feel we have left Turin with new friendships. Thanks to you Benedetta, your beautiful mum and daughter.

It was the most amazing experience ever. It far surpassed our expectations. Benedetta was very welcoming, very knowledgeable, and as a bonus, we got to meet her lovely mom and daughter. We felt very comfortable cooking together and we learned a lot about pasta and tiramisú. We had a wonderful time, and everything we cooked was very tasty. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking to learn about pasta and have a lovely time with locals.
