Monica and her husband welcomed us in her home and had a lovely family dinner with us. We made two fresh pastas that were delicious. Besides the pasta, they had prepared different food for us to taste. Unfortunately we did not make tiramisu but overall it was a great experience!

Monica and her husband Paulo were superb hosts. We had a very enjoyable, entertaining and authentic Tuscan culinary experience. Monica was an excellent teacher both in describing verbally and demonstrating what we were required to do. Our engagement in choosing the produce and dishes we cooked plus trying the fruit and herbs from Monica’s garden also added to the experience.
