- Monica was a last minute switch for us as our original chef became sick the day before our class. We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher and guide to Italian cuisine. We took this class while on our honeymoon, and it was one of our favorite experiences during our three weeks in Italy. She and her husband were both incredibly warm and inviting, and made us feel like part of their family. We felt that we got much more than just a cooking class, but also an introduction and welcome into Italian culture. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Italy.
- I wish I could give 6 stars! Me and my family were absolutely blown away by the experience Monica provided. We truly felt welcomed in her home. It was such a nice way to spend the day. And the food. THE FOOD. We’ve never had better Italian! It was a once in a lifetime experience the me, my wife, and my 2 daughters will carry with us for the rest of our lives. - Monica and her husband welcomed us in her home and had a lovely family dinner with us. We made two fresh pastas that were delicious. Besides the pasta, they had prepared different food for us to taste. Unfortunately we did not make tiramisu but overall it was a great experience!
- Monica and her husband Paulo were superb hosts. We had a very enjoyable, entertaining and authentic Tuscan culinary experience. Monica was an excellent teacher both in describing verbally and demonstrating what we were required to do. Our engagement in choosing the produce and dishes we cooked plus trying the fruit and herbs from Monica’s garden also added to the experience.
