I piatti preparati da Rosa Maria rispecchiano questa tradizione, rivisitata con fantasia e voglia di sperimentare, nel rispetto delle antiche ricette.La nostra Cesarina ci propone piatti legati indissolubilmente ai prodotti e alle materie prime dell’isola; Rosa Maria ci accoglie a Palermo ma ci invita a scoprire i profumi e i sapori di Favignana, di Ustica e di San Vito Lo Capo.

: Amazing cooking class! So much fun, so much food, and Maria is an excellent host! Would recommend this to anyone visiting Palermo!
: We had an excellent time with Rosa Maria and her assistant - they are charming and fun. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish it was interesting and informative, and Rosa Maria is an absolute delight. She taught us how to make pasta from scratch in her beautiful apartment, which has a most modern and spacious kitchen. The resulting eggplant dish and tiramisu desert were incredible. I've made Pasta Norma about 100 times before but now I know how to make it properly Grazie Rosa Maria! We look forward to a return visit!
: Rosa Maria’s pasta making class was the highlight of our stay in Palermo. The class was informative , hands on, and fun. After the pasta making and cooking, we sat down together like friends enjoying a wonderful meal and conversation. : Great market visit and cooking class together with Rosa Maria. We made delicious pasta alla Norma and pasta with ragu - and a ricotta roll for dessert. Everything was very good and I had a wonderful day together with Rosa Maria and her family.
