- It wasn't an easy task to take two vegetarians on a food tour of Bologna but the evening turned out to be informative, entertaining and good fun.
- Maurizio was an amazing host! We learned authentic recipes, enjoyed great food and plenty of laughs. This experience was a highlight of our trip and I strongly recommend it!

- My friend and I took a class with Maurizio in Bologna, Italy. He was wonderful!! Patient, informative, personalbe, funny. He helped us with our cooking and our Italian speaking. It was intimate and so enjoyable. I would really give him 10 stars.
- Our cooking class with Maurizio was just wonderful. We loved his beautiful home and really enjoyed learning how to make raviolis, pasta, and tiramisu. We drank prosecco and dined out on his garden terrace that was in full bloom. It was just lovely!
