In this experience I will teach you how to prepare ancient recipes, with the goal of rediscovering the true taste of local cuisine through seasonal ingredients from the area where I live.

We will have fun and relax together, kneading different flours by hand making them colorful and fragrant, with the use of herbs and vegetables.

We will taste the delicacies created while sipping good wine.

They knew what was regional to Piedmont and welcomed us into their home as old friends. The food was amazing and they had great wine. We only took the aperitivi class, but I will be back for the pasta-making class. Was a wonderful experience. I appreciated all the vegetables. Their home was wonderful (and clean).

We first visited a local market then came back to our hosts’ home for a very educational and hands-on cooking class.
