- Matteo was a warm, generous host kindly welcoming us into his lovely home. He guided us through the making of pasta - ravioli and tagliatelle - and then tiramisu. It was all done with humour, delightful sharing of language and interesting conversation. Our fellow guests were charming and we couldn't have spent a better evening on our second day in Turin. Matteo set a beautiful table where we able to taste the results of our 'hard' work - delizioso! Would do this again in an instant! Thank you
