Discover the authentic flavors of Emilia with homemade tigelle and tagliatelle! We will knead traditional tigelle and prepare Modenese pesto. Then we will taste the tigelle with local cured meats, cheeses, sauces and jams. We will make fresh pasta together: we will roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut tagliatelle with a knife, according to tradition. After cooking, we will enjoy the prepared dishes accompanied by excellent wines such as Lambrusco or Prosecco. We will end with a tiramisu made by us and a good coffee. I am waiting for you in my house in the hills of Bologna, surrounded by nature, for a typical, genuine and even vegetarian dining experience upon request!

She taught us to make tortelloni, tagliatelle and tiramisu in easy steps . We are confident that we will be able to replicate these dishes at home. We highly recommend this class!
