I am a young chef from Calabria who emigrated to Emilia Romagna. A great all-around food lover, I am here to propose an experience that aims to put my professional training and passion for traditional Emilian cuisine to use.

My apartment is modest but located right behind Piazza Maggiore and offers an exclusive view of the rooftops of Bologna and the Two Towers. The evening will begin with a lecture and then culminate with a table tasting of all your creations.
