Your experience
I am Cristina, Cesarina from Bologna, and I am waiting for you at my home to spend an evening discovering gelato mantecato, a sweet delicacy to be made by hand.
Together, we will discover the secrets and tricks of cooking this dessert. In the past, without electronic ice cream makers, it took all the expertise in mixing the ingredients by hand, whisking them to achieve the consistency of a creamy ice cream, like the one we are used to today.
After the class we will taste the ice cream, accompanying it with a good glass of wine. It will be a unique opportunity to share an evening and meet new people. I look forward to seeing you!
