    A warm welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna, where you can enjoy a unique culinary experience! In three hours, you will learn how to make tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù like a real sfoglina. You will discover the secrets of fresh pasta making, working the pasta sheet with a rolling pin, a symbol of Bolognese tradition. We will begin with a welcome appetizer, followed by the preparation of the ragout and noodles. After cooking the dish, we will taste it together, accompanied by selected local wines. We will end with a homemade dessert and a good coffee! My home, elegant and welcoming, is also accessible to people with reduced mobility. A perfect opportunity to discover Bolognese cuisine in an environment with attention to detail!

    The cooking experience with Roberta was fantastic. We learned, we laughed, we shared, and we ate! She was a gracious hostess and clearly an experienced cook who knows her local dishes. She taught us and managed to make the experience fun for our son who is almost nine. We will be making Ragu at home, and it will be great thanks to Roberta. Cesarine itself would get 4 stars from us. The booking process was reasonably smooth, but communication was minimal and directions were lacking (go to this address and ring the bell, except none of the bells says "Roberta" and Cesarine has not shared Roberta's last name, presumably to avoid people booking around Cesarine) so it was not a 5 star coordination service experience.

Her knowledge and experience were outstanding. She provided details on how the ingredients impacted the flavour profile as we worked in her amazing kitchen. She has a vibrant personality and is a very warm person. She provided additional treats and excellent wine. You will be astounded by the cooking environment in her beautiful home. I can not imagine a more perfect experience with a gifted chef. Her class will be the highlight of your vacation.

    This was the best lasagne I’ve ever had in my life! I’ve tried different Italian dishes in a few restaurants around Bologna before, but none of them impressed me as much as what we made during this class. Roberta led the lesson in such a warm and friendly way – she was kind, helpful, and you could really feel her passion for cooking. The whole experience was engaging and clearly explained from start to finish. If Roberta ever opened her own restaurant, I’d definitely be one of her regulars. I highly recommend this class to anyone who loves Italian food and wants to learn something truly special!
