In fact, Roberta born in Florence has lived in Bologna for many years but being close by continues to move between the 'Emilia and Tuscany also blending the flavors of these two beautiful parts of our Italy. The dishes she cooks are many and in her creativity she manages to make classic regional dishes with variations suited to the season, the theme of the evening, and the desire of the group. Her passion for cooking stems from her childhood "I've always loved to put my hands in the dough!"

We chatted a lot, she answered all my questions, guided me in rolling out the pasta, and gave me valuable culinary advice. Highly recommended!
