Hi from Rocco e Carla!

We are in Praiano, an enchanted village in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, the perfect place to create dishes that reflect tradition and authenticity.Here we are welcomed by Carla and Rocco who since childhood, have experienced the world of cooking first-hand, through studying traditions and spending evenings sitting around the dinner table. For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves. "Following family recipes and passing them on to our guests is our goal!"

: The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience with Rocco and Carla. They were charming and patient, their home is in a lovely setting in Priaino and we came away with a better understanding of the practice required to make authentic pasta. The setting, lessons, meal and wine--capped off with their delicious, homemade citrus liquor (so much better than limoncello)--made this a memorable experience. Grazie mille, Rocco e Carla!

: We absolutely loved our time with Rocco and Carla! They are the sweetest, most inviting couple and have a beautiful set up for us to make pasta and tiramisu overlooking the ocean. They live in a less touristy location than where we stayed so it was very cool to get to experience a more local feel. They also accommodated food allergy/preferences that we informed them of in advance and were happy to give us recommendations for the area after our class was finished. This was one of our favorite activities of the trip and highly recommend booking with them!!
