Your experience

I am Paola, Cesarina from Bologna, and I await you at my home to spend an evening discovering crescentine and flat breads, characteristic types of bread from Emilia.

Together, we will learn the secrets and tricks of preparing these dishes. The crescentina is fried and served strictly hot, while the piadina or flat bread is cooked over the fire and can be served both savory and sweet.

After the course we will taste crescentine and piadine, pairing them with a good glass of wine. It will be a unique opportunity to share an evening togetehr and meet new people. I look forward to seeing you!

Our private pasta making class and dinner with Paola was PERFECTO! She has a lovely and inviting home and personality! Her English was great too and very friendly and easy to communicate with. The entire meal was excellent from start to finish and she did a great job teaching us how to make the pasta. We definitely didn’t walk away hungry! We left with full bellies and big smiles! A great experience from start to finish! BRAVO!

Excellent host! The four in our party enjoyed taking turns in the various stages in making two pastas and tiramisu. We were served tastY bruschetta, meats, cheeses and and olives prior to making the pasta dishes. Our dishes were very good, thanks to an excellent chef. Highly recommend this host.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening with Paola as she shared her recipes and techniques for making pasta. We made tortelloni and tagliatelle, which were delicious with the sauces that we ate them with. We thoroughly enjoyed the stories and tips that she shared with us. The whole evening was a delight! We would highly recommend Paola and her cooking class! Thank you for sharing your love of cooking!!
