"I was born in Florence in the popular district of San Frediano, the beating heart of Florentine culinary tradition. My mother was a great cook, and since I was little, she instilled in me a passion for cooking and good food. My family and I live in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, renowned for its wine production and extra virgin olive oil. We can't wait to open the doors of our home to welcome friends and curious visitors from all over the world."
