Our cooking experience and host Carlo was one of a kind. Carlo started by taking us to one of the local markets in the area and gave us a tour with a history of the market and surrounding buildings. At his home, which was very warm, he explained to us the process and helped us share in the cooking experience which involved making tiramisu, homemade pasta and ravioli, and some other side dishes. And then we dined together and had a great conversation. My wife and I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend Carlo as a great conversationalist and cook! Thank you Carlo!
Alessandra makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. I booked a solo meal while my husband is working in Italy. The food is absolutely delicious! Alessandra gives you all the details and information about each dish and it's ingredients using regional items in season for Treviso. I will definitely visit Alessandra and her husband the next time I am in the area. The conversation was very enjoyable. I recommend this experience.
We had such a wonderful experience taking a pasta-making class with Lucia! She was so kind and patient showing us the right techniques, and the meal we made together was incredibly delicious. She and her family warmly welcomed us into their home and we had an amazing time cooking and eating and talking together. 10/10 would recommend, and we'll definitely be reaching out again the next time we are in Matera!

Me and my cousins did a cooking class to learn how to make Tiramisu and pasta from scratch. She told us a little about where the ingredients were sourced and her techniques. We had a really fun time especially mixing and cutting the pasta into shape. It was something new I had never done before and Giuliana's instructions were easy to follow. After making the pasta, Giuliana finished it off with the sauce and let us taste the results served with wine! She is a great host and teacher. We really enjoyed ourselves. My cousin said it was the highlight of her time in Milan.
