I will welcome you in my kitchen, where you will learn how to make pasta, roll it out with a rolling pin. You will then learn to fill and seal the tortellini, which you will then enjoy with a good meat broth or a Parmesan sauce, depending on the season.

- Excellent host! The four in our party enjoyed taking turns in the various stages in making two pastas and tiramisu. We were served tastY bruschetta, meats, cheeses and and olives prior to making the pasta dishes. Our dishes were very good, thanks to an excellent chef. Highly recommend this host.
- My husband and I had a wonderful evening with Paola as she shared her recipes and techniques for making pasta. We made tortelloni and tagliatelle, which were delicious with the sauces that we ate them with. We thoroughly enjoyed the stories and tips that she shared with us. The whole evening was a delight!
