"I was born and raised in the center of Bologna. My two grandmothers were amazing cooks and I loved being with them and admiring them while preparing their specialties. Slowly I enriched, for my great passion, my menus becoming the reference for my large family at every dinner of great occasions."

- Great experience full of learning with Christina, who was a wonderful host in her cozy kitchen! Can recommend to anyone who wants to learn about making pasta in the true Bologna-style.

L’accoglienza è stata super, ci ha fatto assaggiare delle tigelle buonissime fatte al momento e un ottimo San Giovese! Una menzione speciale al suo simpaticissimo marito e alla sua amica che ci hanno fatto compagnia! È stata una occasione unica dove condividere ricordi e momenti personali tra un tortellino e l’altro!
