In my practical and comfortable kitchen I will show you step by step the secrets to get the best result from fresh pasta dough, how to roll it out and cut it. You will also learn how to prepare ragout alla Bolognese , with an enveloping scent that inebriates the house. And.. I assure you, I think it'll be worth it.

Finally, I will show my secrets for a traditional dessert as Tiramisù or Zuppa Inglese.

Una bellissima mattinata con Alessandra, che nel suo appartamento nel centro di Bologna mi ha illustrato tutte le dritte per preparare i tortellini perfetti, che abbiamo naturalmente realizzato partendo da zero, preparando sia il ripieno che l'impasto. Alessandra è una padrona di casa e un'insegnante squisita, che mette subito a proprio agio e con cui è facilissimo trovare immediatamente l'intesa. Oltre ai tortellini (il suo brodo è eccellente), mi ha offerto anche una piadina fatta in casa con crudo e squacquerone ed un paio di calici di Pignoletto. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole imparare l'arte del tortellino e della pasta fresca, qualunque sia il livello di partenza
