- Fantastica esperienza! Maurizio ci ha accolto nella sua casa in pieno centro di Bologna e ci ha insegnato a preparare la pasta all' uovo e il tiramisù. La spiegazione è stato chiara e non sono mancate delle buone chiacchiere e della buona musica di sottofondo. Consigliatissimo per una vera e propria esperienza 'local'!
- Sono entrata in una meravigliosa casa tipica della old Bologna e sono stata accolta dallo splendido Cesarino Maurizio e dall'altro padrone di casa, Marco. In un'atmosfera di altri tempi, che mi dava vibrazioni molto positive, ho conosciuto gli altri simpaticissimi partecipanti. Fra chiacchere, Brindisi di benvenuto, nella spettacolare terrazza della casa, avvolta da luci, è avvenuta la serata, che si è divisa fra risate, impasti, pasta tirata al mattarello e risate. Dopo la cottura delle piadine e delle chiacchere bolognesi, buonissime, abbiamo continuato, mangiando ciò che avevamo impastato, unito a un ricco buffet di piatti buonissimi, offerti da Maurizio. 😍 È stata una serata bellissima, Maurizio è simpaticissimo, da compagnia e ti mette a tuo agio in modo semplice e informale, come piace a me!!! È un ottimo Cesarino..io ripeterò sicuramente la serata da Maurizio....voi cosa state aspettando!!????
