    Come and discover all the secrets of a traditional family dish in the heart of Palermo. I will teach you how to prepare a dish from start to finish, revealing all the tricks so you can then replicate it in your own kitchen for your family or friends to taste. After preparing our dish, we will sit down at the table to enjoy the dish prepared together plus another course such as a starter or a dessert that I prepared in advance. The meal will be enjoyed with a glass of Sicilian wine and lots of Sicilian warmth! Depending on the season I offer different dishes to cook and to taste. Vegetarian or vegan options are always available.

    I cannot say enough about this beautiful experience shared. The market was full of local fish and vegetables along with specialty items local to Sicily. The knowledge regarding making pasta.. there is actually a science behind it. Of the actual cooking of the ingredients we got from the market and building the amazing local flavors was exceptional!!! I highly recommend recommend recommend Alice and Francesco for your experience. Warm, friendly and highly knowledgeable. ♥️

Neither of us had ever done anything like this before, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect—but from the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for a special evening. I had no idea how much goes into making it from scratch, and we picked up tips and little bits of culinary knowledge that we’ll definitely carry with us. What really made the night stand out was how much we laughed and connected. It was the perfect mix of hands-on learning, great conversation, and genuinely delicious food. Honestly, the pasta we made tasted better than most restaurants we've been to! If you're looking for something fun and unique, I couldn’t recommend this cooking class enough. It was the kind of evening we’ll be talking about for a long time.

    "I was passionate about cooking and food since I was a child, accomplices grandmother who loved to cook and the whole family who loves to eat well. I therefore decided to pursue a university career in the field of gastronomy. I have faced a multidisciplinary and holistic path that has treated the world of food at 360 o'clock. I love cooking for my family and for others, starting from the choice of recipes and the selection of ingredients. I like to experiment and I'm particularly passionate about pastry and leavened foods. I do research on ancient cookbooks and asking around, especially older ladies, their family recipes. Sicily, like all Italy, has an invaluable gastronomic heritage, whose recipes and preparations vary from house to house, not only between cities and provinces. This gives the palate the opportunity to enjoy the same traditional dishes with different ingredients, techniques and stories."
