Amo la mia cucina in quanto spazio e luogo di lavoro. Adoro mettere le mani in pasta per creare sfoglie e frolle, una passione che trova la sua ispirazione nelle tradizioni culinarie della Toscana e dell'Emilia-Romagna. La mia cucina è un connubio di questi due mondi. Dalle classiche lasagne e tagliatelle alle autentiche pappa al pomodoro toscana, la mia tavola è un viaggio attraverso i sapori tradizionali di queste regioni. Non mancano mai il tiramisù e i biscotti di Prato, immancabili per concludere il pasto, magari accompagnati da un bicchiere di vino santo. La mia cucina è il riflesso del mio amore per la tradizione e della gioia nel condividere questi piaceri gastronomici con gli altri.

Without question, the best experience we had in Bologna was with Roberta’s cooking class. She was funny and what a great hostess. What you would expect from a great family host. An elevated experience in every regard. I cannot enough stress the great class, enjoyment and environment suited for learning this craft. ❤️ Roberta is a class act.

Roberta was incredible. We learned to make lasagna bolognese style and enjoyed wine and then gelato. Roberta even prepared me a mortadella mousse that was to die for. 5 stars and highly recommend!
