Benedetta

Seductive, regal, and a little French — that’s Turin. There’s always something to do here: from the Mole Antonelliana to the Reggia di Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner... at my house.I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets.Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.

The cooking lesson with Benadetta was great. Her mother en daughter were also assisting. We’ve felt wery welcome and it was very nice to know more about making fresh pasta. Also the lunch with the family was very cosy and tasty. We recommend this course!

After having so much fun at Benedetta's wonderful pasta and tiramisu course, I absolutely wanted to do the vermouth tour with her as well. And this experience was just as great as the other: in the beautiful square in front of the Santa Consolata church, I tasted three different types of vermouth and learned a lot about their history. All of them were very good, and Benedetta and I had a shared favorite! This was accompanied by a great aperitivo with many different delicacies to eat and exciting conversations about vermouth and much more. Here, too, Benedetta once again demonstrated her expertise in the subject and that it is simply a joy to do something with her. Mille Grazie!

The pasta and tiramisu course with Benedetta was so much more than just a cooking class! What makes it special is her personality and the feeling she conveys the moment you walk through the door. From the very first moment, I felt like I was with friends and family, and this feeling only grew throughout the evening—thanks also to her mother, her daughter, and a friend. We had a lot of fun, and I was able to practice my rusty Italian with patient conversation partners :) Of course, I also learned a great deal about how to prepare ravioli, tagliatelle, and tiramisu. Benedetta was a motivating, patient, and very competent teacher, so I was able to replicate everything and now know how to do it. The highlight of the evening was the shared meal, featuring pre-prepared antipasti, our homemade pasta, and the best tiramisu of my life. I can absolutely recommend an evening with and at Benedetta's to everyone. You will have an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be back. Mille Grazie!

In addition to being an excellent chef, Benedetta is deeply passionate about her students and is a gracious hostess. Learning how to make fresh pasta had been a long-time wish of mine, and Benedetta and her mother made it happen wonderfully. It was like sharing a family lunch, complete with cheeses, salads, wine, pasta, and tiramisu to finish. Thank you, Benedetta, for this extraordinary experience.
