Hi from Roberta!

I love my kitchen both as a space and as a working environment. I enjoy getting my hands in the dough to make pasta, including thin sheets and shortcrust pastry. Being Tuscan, my cuisine is a blend of Tuscan and Emiliana traditions. From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.

Roberta was incredible. We learned to make lasagna bolognese style and enjoyed wine and then gelato. Roberta even prepared me a mortadella mousse that was to die for. 5 stars and highly recommend!

My daughter and I had the most incredible experience in all of our travels! The cooking class with Roberta was like a fairytale. She welcomed us into her home to teach us how to make pasta, tiramisu, and gelato. She even shared other phenomenal dishes she made like her mortadella mouse and ragu! All the food was SPECTACULAR! Her passion for cooking is second to none. Roberta was very warm and personable and made this experience one that we will never forget!

Roberta’s cooking class was an absolute highlight of my time in Bologna! From the moment I arrived, she made everyone feel so welcome and at ease. Her warmth and hospitality created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. We made lasagne bolognese and tagliatelle al ragù from scratch, and she also treated us to mortadella mousse, a variety of appetizers, homemade gelato, and the most delicious chocolate cake. It was truly the best food I had in Bologna. Her home is beautiful and inviting, and the whole experience felt like cooking and sharing a meal with friends. I highly recommend booking a class or dinner with Roberta—you won’t regret it. The next time I’m in Bologna, I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
