I attended the cooking class with my 13yo daughter, because we were both curious how the proper ragú al bolognese is prepared. With Paola not only we learnt two types of ragú but also two types of pasta. In her lovely house and beautiful kitchen she led us through the process with love and patience. She also prepared some delicious antipasto. Paola is a great cook, perfect teacher and really good companion for a chat, too. I hope, Paola had great time with us as we had with her.
