I will guide you to make appetizers to accompany a good glass of wine and thus begin a gathering of friends or family.
You will be hosted in my home and, when the weather permits, in my garden, where everything will be surrounded by plants and flowers and the environment will be cozy. My home can also be an opportunity for people of different nationalities to meet, with an interest in cooking and hospitality. We will enjoy chatting and tasting the food prepared.

- Bella Esperienza, utile e piacevole. Paola ci ha accolti calorosamente e ci ha guidato con pazienza nella realizzazione dei nostri tortellini che poi abbiamo gustato felici per essere riusciti così rapidamente ad imparare a farli. Esperienza eccezionale da consigliare e ripetere.
- We had a great time making pasta and tiramisu with Paola. She was extremely patient with our lack of cocking skills, spoke perfect English and told us lots of tricks that we can apply at home. Nonetheless, food was delicious, much better than what we tried in restaurants, so we can fully recommend the experience.

- What a lovely experience learning to make lasagna bolognese with Paola. After 4 weeks of travel, the day was like a breath of fresh air. Spending the day cooking and meeting a new friend. Sitting down in her beautiful table and having a home cooked meal was perfect. I learned a lot about local cuisine. I love how food is a great unifier across the world. We all enjoy the love & traditions conveyed in the kitchen. I intend to make this with my kids when we get home!! Perhaps a new holiday tradition for us now. Grazie Paola❣️
- Paola was such a great host and cook. She was so patient with us and taught us the right technique. She was also very nice to chat with and prepared a great meal for us after our lesson. Paola is a gem and I’d highly recommend her cooking class to anyone visiting Bologna!
