For those who also love meat, the tagliatelle will be seasoned with ragù. For vegetarians, I'll prepare an onion and tomato sauce, a tipical bolognese recipe

- Paola was fantastic! Very welcoming and kind. We were thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail and patience throughout the class. We learned many interesting skills that we will use once we get back home. Next time we visit Bologna, a must visit will be to take another class, perhaps her Grandmothers lasagna?
