: Wow. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect, but our time with Paola was exceptional - it absolutely exceeded any ideas we had. The setting, her home, was intimate and welcoming, much the same as her lovely personality. She is intelligent and patient. My husband does little to no cooking and was nervous about this experience. He felt welcomed and confident. Our meal was delicious. We absolutely hope to cross paths with her again.

: Paola was fantastic! Very welcoming and kind. We were thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail and patience throughout the class. We learned many interesting skills that we will use once we get back home. Next time we visit Bologna, a must visit will be to take another class, perhaps her Grandmothers lasagna?
